当データは、Axis Powers ヘタリアの二次創作です。
原作者・日丸屋秀和氏のウェブサイト「キタユメ」にて公開されているイラストと、アニメ「ヘタリア The Beautiful World」を参考にしてモデリングしました。
このモデルを使用したことによる不具合などには一切責任を持てません。自己責任でお願いします。
当データは二次創作ではありますが、二次著作物としての著作権は放棄していません。

R-18Gに相当するグロ作品での利用。
政治的な主張を含む作品での利用。
データの売買、トレード。
◆金銭を払うことで視聴・閲覧が可能になる作品（映像・印刷物等を問わない）での無断利用。
◆なりきり・非なりきりを問わず、SNSのアイコンやプロフィール画像に使用すること。
（禁止するのはあくまでもアイコンやプロフィール画像（そのアカウントの「顔」として扱われるもの）であり、Twitterなどで制作中の作品のスクリーンショット・静止画・動画を投稿することは禁止ではありません。
ただしその静止画をプロフィール画像等に使用するのは禁止です）
◆デザインが未発表のもちキャラへの改変・改造。
（2015年３月現在、ルクセンブルク、ハンガリー、にょたりあ等。他にもいますが割愛。
キタユメや竹林でデザインが発表され次第、私（稜）に許可や確認を取らずに改変・改造しても構いません）
※禁止事項に抵触するかどうかの判断が難しい、ボーダーラインがわからない、というときは末尾にある連絡先へお問い合わせください。
◇再配布について
改造の有無を問わず、無断再配布は原則禁止です。
ただし、合作等でデータを共有する必要がある場合は例外とします。特に断りは要りません。
上記に当てはまらないが改造モデル等を配布したい、という場合は事前にご相談ください。
特に問題ないようであれば許可します。
◇当データを使用した作品について
※以下の文言は、「禁止事項に抵触しない」というのを前提にしています
当データを静止画、動画、無償の印刷物等の作品に使用し、公開や投稿を行ってもかまいません。
作品の公開場所は特に制限しません。ニコニコ動画、YouTube、Twitter、Pixiv、その他でどうぞ。
ニコニコ動画への投稿の際は、タグつきでもタグなしでもかまいません。
腐向け、恋愛要素、性的表現を含む作品への使用もかまいません。
ただし、上記の要素を含む作品を公開したことでなんらかの問題が起こっても当方は関知しません。自己責任で公開・対処をお願いします。
また、そのような作品を公開する場合は、当データと一緒に使用する他データの必読や規約もご確認ください。
◇クレジット、コンテンツツリーについて
クレジットは強制はしませんが、してくれたらうれしいです。
ただしクレジット無記載の場合も、作者がデータ使用者であると誤解されないようにしてください。
コンテンツツリーをクレジット代わりにするのもどうぞ。
強制ではありませんが、ニコニコ動画に投稿するときはコンテンツツリー登録をしてくださるとうれしいです。
コンテンツツリー登録は下記にお願いします。
