◇はじめに

当データは、Axis Powers ヘタリアの二次創作モデルです。
細部のわからない部分は製作者の想像です。
このモデルを使用したことによる不具合などには一切責任を持てません。自己責任でお願いします。
当データは二次創作ではありますが、二次著作物としての著作権は放棄していません。

◇禁止事項
この必読を読めない・同意しない場合の当データの使用。
当データをDLするために必要なパスワード等を公開・漏洩する行為。
公序良俗に反する利用。
原作者（日丸屋秀和氏）やその他関係者各位に損害を与える使用。
原作者、モデリング作者（稜）を故意に偽ること。
原作者、モデリング作者、原作、モデル、他者、他国を貶めたり中傷したりするための利用。
R-18、R-18Gに相当するエログロ作品での利用。
政治的な主張を含む作品での利用。
データの売買、トレード。
媒体を問わず、金銭を払うことで視聴・閲覧が可能になる作品での無断利用。
合成するモデルの規約に反する使用。（詳細後述）
明らかに挙動がおかしい（合成がうまくいっていない）状態で静止画や動画にして公開する行為。
全部、一部、合成前、合成後、改変前、改変後を問わず、当データの無断再配布。
（合作等に関しては詳細後述）
頭部がないままの当データを、クリーチャーに類する扱いで静止画や動画にして公開する行為。
（改造手順などの解説のためならかまいません）
※禁止事項に抵触するかどうかの判断が難しい、ボーダーラインがわからない、というときは末尾にある連絡先へお問い合わせください。
（私が判断するのはあくまで規約違反か否かだけです。ヘタリアの表タグに上げるのがふさわしいかどうかは各自で判断してください）
◇許可事項
女性モデルと合成（ただし男性モデルとの合成を禁止していない場合に限る）
キャラに合わせて体型バランス調整
演算やウェイトの調整
トゥーンやスフィアの変更
一部パーツの差し替え、他モデルとの組み合わせ
（靴は配布されているものを使う、腕は元々のモデルの物を使うなど）
◇改造後のモデルの規約について
合成するモデルと当データの最新版規約に違いがある場合は厳しい方に従ってください。
一方では許可されていて一方では禁止されている事項は、禁止になるということです。
◇再配布について
改変の有無を問わず、無断再配布は原則禁止です。
一部パーツのみであっても禁止です。
ただし、合作等でデータを共有する必要がある場合は、以下の二点を「すべて」満たしている場合に限って例外とします。
・共有するメンバー「全員」が事前に当データを手元に持っている。
・この必読を同梱する。
上記に当てはまらないが改造モデル等を配布したい、という場合は事前にご相談ください。
◇当データを使用した作品について
※以下の文言は、「禁止事項に抵触しない」というのを前提にしています
当データを静止画、動画、営利目的ではない無償配布の印刷物等の作品に使用し、公開や投稿を行ってもかまいません。
作品の公開場所は特に制限しません。ニコニコ動画、YouTube、Twitter、Pixiv、その他でどうぞ。
ニコニコ動画への投稿の際は、タグつきでもタグなしでもかまいません。
◇クレジット、コンテンツツリーについて
クレジットとコンテンツツリー登録は強制しません。
してくれたらうれしいなーというレベルです。
クレジット無記載の場合も、作者がデータ使用者であると誤解されないようにしてください。
コンテンツツリーをクレジット代わりにするのもどうぞ。
